This cute & cozy waterfront cabin overlooking the Blanco River and Cypress Creek in Downtown Wimberley sleeps up to 4 guests. Located on a private, gated 34-acre property, you have access to almost 1/2 mile of waterfront. This cabin offers a fully furnished kitchen, TV, wi-fi, linens, walk-in shower, large patio with unbeatable views, and a charcoal BBQ pit. There is one bedroom, with a king size bed, and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Other things to note

**We are a pet friendly property with a flat $75 fee covering up to 2 pets. We require all dogs to be leashed while outdoors and to be cleaned up behind using doggie bags, etc. to protect other guests walking the grounds and to keep animals off the furniture and beds.

**Split wood for the firepits is available upon request for an additional fee. (Not available during Mandated Burn Ban)

**please note that we only have packNplay's available, they are for travel use and not a standard travel crib.  We do not provide any linens for the pack-n-play.
